Our Executive Team

Running Pharmaceutical sales operations for more than 25 years

Our Leadership team has been doing sales operations together for 25 years.

We spent 10 years together running sales operations for a mid-sized pharma company with 1,000 field sales reps across several teams. We were responsible for data operations, reporting and analytics, incentive compensation, field strategy and planning, CRM, forecasting, market research, samples, fleet, meetings and more. This experience gives us a strong affinity for the challenges our clients face each day.

Our experience includes big pharma data projects such as the merger of Advance Paradigm and PCS. Our technical team was involved with the development of the NDC Health data warehouse before it was owned by Symphony. This work was nationally recognized with a Smithsonian Award. Some of us came up through sales and sales management.

We launched Mosaic in 2010 to provide the kind of commercial operations support we wanted when we were in the same roles as our clients. We wanted a partner who would be creative, proactive, flexible and who would take an ownership interest in our success. As owners we have a unique incentive to work for the success of each client.

Today we provide a range of innovative and powerful solutions to help commercial teams in pharma and beyond from dashboards and analytics to our unique NO-BUILD Data Warehouse operations. All our solutions share a common focus; turning each clientโ€™s data into actional insight they can use the drive the success of their organizations.
